CrossFit254: Gymnastics Skill Workshop
Building our technique and skill is an important part of our fitness. Come join us in this gymnastics workshop as we work on our handstand across all the different progressions. Including wall walks, kick up to a handstand, bailing from a handstand, handstand push-ups, handstand walks, etc.
Regardless of where you are in your progression, we will work with you to achieve progress.
