I have been in fitness industry for close to 7 years. I've been part of the CrossFit community since 11th of June 2022. There has been so much to learn and unlearn in the four months and so far, it has been an amazing journey.
My favorite movement is burpee simply because of how easy it looks to execute as a movement but once it catches on, every rep feels like an uphill battle. My favorite aspect of coaching is simply a “Thank you coach” from our athletes. Seeing them genuinely smile and raring to go every session is all I look forward to as a coach.
