I am a CrossFit fitness coach Level 1. I started my fitness journey six years ago. I took keen interest in becoming a fitness coach as I have a passion in seeing clients at the gym workout well with proper form as well as see them get stronger, fitter and happier.
Before I started my fitness journey, I had an ongoing battle with weight gain and depression. Fitness helped me overcome this. I believe everyone deserves a right to good health and to feel good about themselves both inside and out. I care deeply about the clients, and nothing is more valuable to me than seeing them go through an experience that makes them happy, healthy and strong. I am here to help you in your fitness journey.
